White Marble Satyr from the Late 18th - Early 19th Century - standing in a bed of Ivy - backside of Wine Pouch broken off and repaired with concrete - nose broken off and replaced with another Marble one and the left leg beginning at the knee and going down the leg is a crack in the marble - this piece has never een broken off, but if allowed to weather outside another 200 years or so it probably will - this piece is quite charming and fanciful and very, very heavy - basically in very good condition for its age
